Monitoring Tool for Joint Monitoring Visits
This tool contains a list of questions that helps the monitoring committee to assess the progress with regards to disability inclusion in the health centres. 6 domains are covered: daily procedures, Inclusive communication, Attitude, Accessibility, Inclusive Management, and Partnerships.
How to use it
The monitoring committee, consisting of representatives of local Organisations of Persons with Disabilities and local health authorities, can use the checklist to prepare their joint monitoring visit and use it as a reporting template. We advise to have two monitoring visits per year.
How it was developed
It was made by the coordinator in consultation with programme staff.
